Payroll Analyst ensuring compliance with labor laws and processing payroll at SourceHub. Working collaboratively with internal teams and handling employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Responsibilities
Align with peers/partners to ensure that information impacting payroll—such as timekeeping, onboarding of new employees, benefits, and personnel movements—is submitted correctly and within deadlines;
Ensure compliance with labor rules and legislation related to payroll information applied to all employees across Brazil;
Calculate and post necessary payments and deductions, and review payroll for advances and monthly closing, verifying against the current checklist;
Send to the bank and finance, with the appropriate approvals, all payroll-related payments — salaries, vacation pay, terminations, charges/taxes (DCTFWeb), and others — ensuring these are made within legal deadlines;
Ensure payroll information is submitted to e-Social within legal deadlines;
Send and ensure monthly payroll reporting to accounting;
Monitor, review, inform and ensure the application of all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCTs) and agreements with unions;
Manage payroll-deducted loans (consigned loans) and their respective payroll deductions;
Respond to and support audits with all requested information;
Submit information on labor claims (RT — labor lawsuits) via e-Social.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in payroll;
Experience with payroll systems (senior-level experience preferred);
Experience with charge/tax payment systems: e-CAC, FGTS Digital, among others;
Advanced knowledge of e-Social and DCTFWeb; payroll systems and labor legislation at an intermediate level;
Intermediate Excel;
Basic Power BI.
