About the role

  • Customer Service Agent responsible for customer inquiries in beverage logistics. Managing incoming requests and documentation while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of customer inquiries across various communication channels
  • Coordination and forwarding of inquiries and orders to the relevant specialist departments
  • Careful documentation of all processes and follow-up queries in the system
  • Receiving and professionally handling complaints and claims
  • Responsibility for returns management, including coordination with internal departments
  • Conducting telephone inquiries to clarify outstanding issues

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
  • Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with SAP and a good understanding of warehouse and product structures
