About the role

  • Customer Operations Associate at a FinTech startup in Berlin. Supporting German customers and improving operational processes within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main operational contact for our German customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our FinTech product across different use cases, markets, and customer needs.
  • Approach complex situations with curiosity and structure, identifying root causes and assessing potential risks.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Product, Risk, and other Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Learn how robust processes, clean data, and operational excellence improve customer experience and contribute ideas to enhance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • Dutch language skills are a strong plus
  • Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
