Responsibilities
- Establish, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and scopes;
- Plan deliveries, control deadlines, and ensure products and solutions are delivered according to their functional and non-functional specifications;
- Monitor timelines, effort, and quality cycles, issuing status and performance reports according to the established cadence;
- Coordinate the progress of initiatives, and support and assist all workstreams;
- Manage project risks, proactively implementing short-, medium-, and long-term mitigation plans;
- Optimize the use of resources shared across the company's projects;
- Provide information about the projects under your responsibility to external clients, suppliers, and internal departments;
- Define standards, methodologies, processes, and metrics to be monitored;
- Act as a facilitator to help resolve issues encountered by the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable
- Experience in project, portfolio, and program management
- Proficiency with project management tools and the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with agile product development concepts
- Advanced English for meetings and interactions with partners
