About the role

  • Prozessmanager responsible for the analysis and optimization of processes at Gerolsteiner. Collaborating in teams and ensuring smooth integration of IT and manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and further develop processes and digital solutions in the Technology & Logistics department
  • Ensure smooth interfaces between IT systems and manufacturing operations
  • Identify process errors and system breakdowns
  • Develop appropriate measures to optimize processes
  • Support change initiatives and the introduction of new processes as part of change management
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization to improve processes

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent professional experience as an engineer/technician
  • Experience in production/manufacturing and quality management
  • Excellent knowledge of process analysis and optimization
  • Experience designing and implementing processes, as well as evaluating, simulating, and automating processes
  • Proficient with SAP, IoT/Industry 4.0, Microsoft Fabric, and common MS Office applications
  • Team player with strong IT affinity and analytical skills
