About the role
- Independent work across sales channels in grocery retail and beverage specialty stores in the Dortmund area
- Implementation of sales-aligned measures, launching new products and range expansions
- Support in the qualitative development and expansion of distribution
- Implementation and maintenance of listings and secondary placements in your sales district
- Responsibility for the execution of primary, secondary and special product placements as well as POS promotions
- Preparation of meaningful reports on distribution, placement and pricing
- Development of a strong, high-quality customer network
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in sales/sales promotion or in grocery retail
- High commitment and flexibility
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy working with people
- Empathy, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
