About the role

  • Sales Representative for automotive parts handling existing customers and acquisition in Mainz area. Focusing on customer satisfaction and sales optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising an existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors
  • Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
  • Active selling of the product range
  • Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
  • Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Supporting sales and customer events
  • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 reporting tool)
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Driving licence category B (formerly Class 3)
