About the role

  • District sales promoter in food retail for Gerolsteiner working independently in Essen. Implementing agreed sales measures and product introductions in the assigned sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently in prioritized sales channels of grocery retail and beverage specialist stores
  • Implement agreed sales measures such as product launches and range extensions
  • Support qualitative development and expansion of distribution
  • Implement and maintain listings and secondary placements
  • Responsible for primary, secondary and special placements, POS promotions and qualitative shelf maintenance
  • Prepare meaningful reports on distribution, placement and pricing
  • Develop a qualitative customer network

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in sales / sales promotion or grocery retail
  • High commitment and flexibility
  • Experience with SAP and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy working with people, empathy, enthusiasm, strong communication skills
  • High social competence, sense of responsibility, teamwork, independent and structured way of working
