Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) language level
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Solid previous relevant payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.
- Excellent English language skills
- Certification in payroll management or HR operations.
- Experience in process improvement and automation.
- Preference of an understanding of Human Resource Management System Payroll module
