Sales Development Representative supporting Benelux and Nordics by converting inbound leads to qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with marketing and sales functions to grow the customer base.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers to develop targeted prospect lists.
Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing & leveraging LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
Utilize lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo.
Act as a collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives and Marketing.
Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and identify business challenges that Genetec can solve.
Solves problems in a proactive, timely manner
Displays curiosity, provides feedback and seeks it for themselves
Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated with a strong work ethic
Dutch to a full professional level
Experience in sales or lead generation role
Inbound prospecting experience required
Outbound prospecting experience considered an asset
Proven track record of success and thriving in a metrics-driven environment
