About the role

  • Partner Success Specialist managing development partner relationships for Genetec's SDK program. Ensuring effective training and integration support while coordinating across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in pre-sales sessions with potential partners
  • Manage partner applications for Genetec’s Software Development Kit (SDK)
  • Oversee the delivery of SDK tools, samples, and documentation to meet development needs
  • Gather comprehensive data on the scope of planned integrations and facilitate approvals by evaluating and collaborating with the relevant Product and Commercial teams
  • Track partner data and integration status in Genetec systems, including CRM, SharePoint, Add-on Portal, etc.
  • Provide prompt responses or direct requests to the appropriate teams, whether from external or internal sources
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure correct processing of quotes
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure proper receipt and handling of purchase orders
  • Partner with Marketing and external partners to publish relevant information through internal and external channels
  • Coordinate SDK training, integration certifications, and other related activities
  • Provide first-level technical and licensing support, assisting with the coordination of technical support activities
  • Prepare and present statistical reports on the program
  • Participate in program improvement processes and other relevant initiatives
  • Mentor and supervise interns in collaboration with other team members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in coordination, account management, or customer service
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, promoting effective teamwork across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
