About the role

  • Sr. CX Representative at Gemini providing customer support and technical assistance for complex orders. Collaborating with production and sales teams, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service through advanced technical and customer support for complex orders
  • Resolving escalated customer concerns using established standard processes
  • Identifying process improvements and tracking trends to improve customer experience
  • Conducting quotes and ordering by providing technical, pricing, and product guidance
  • Training and mentoring peers

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business, or a related field with 2 – 4 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability of establishing advanced working knowledge of subject matter across multiple product lines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service, quality & solutions
  • Highly proficient interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
