Responsibilities

  • Provide training to franchise unit staff members;
  • Oversee the installation process of machinery and equipment at the franchise unit;
  • Knowledge of food handling standards and procedures for gelato production;
  • Knowledge of uniform standards and procedures;
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and front-of-house/cashier operations;
  • Organize and control store inventory;
  • Generate and deliver training reports for store openings and refresher training sessions;
  • Communicate critical service issues identified to the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and teaching/presentation skills;
  • Experience in gastronomy/culinary environments;
  • Dynamic, with leadership skills;
  • Croanalysis;
  • Full availability for working hours and travel;
  • Preferred: degree or courses related to gastronomy/culinary arts.
