Responsibilities
Develop and drive data-backed sales strategies that align with company growth objectives
Partner with Sales Leadership to design annual plans, quotas, and coverage models

Conduct market, segment, and pipeline analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities
Support quarterly business reviews, sales kickoffs, and other strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align on lead flow, conversion, and retention metrics
Streamline sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and adoption
Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Requirements
Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
1+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or management consulting
Proven ability to translate data into business insights and influence senior leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
