Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive data-backed sales strategies that align with company growth objectives
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design annual plans, quotas, and coverage models
  • Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability
  • Conduct market, segment, and pipeline analysis to uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Support quarterly business reviews, sales kickoffs, and other strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align on lead flow, conversion, and retention metrics
  • Streamline sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and adoption
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or management consulting
  • Proven ability to translate data into business insights and influence senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
