Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to build strong relationships.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Proactively source top talent via job boards, social media, and networks.
Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
Coordinate large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress and metrics.
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Fluent in English and Czech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
