About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process ‘end-to-end’
  • Support stakeholders on the onboarding of new recruits
  • Liaise regularly with hiring managers on recruitment needs
  • Provide best practice advice and support on recruitment matters
  • Facilitate exceptional relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct research on HR/Recruitment topics as required

Requirements

  • 1 - 5 years recruitment experience gained within an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience recruiting corporate positions (e.g sales, accounting, IT, marketing)
  • Well-developed communications skills with the ability to relate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to Equal Opportunity employment
  • Well organized with the ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • A sense of humor and self-confidence
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
