About the role
- Staff Technical Product Manager overseeing Supply Chain Finance Analytics at GE Vernova. Collaborating with stakeholders, managing product features, and ensuring SOX compliance in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
- Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.
- Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Maintains SOX compliance and works in lock step with internal and external auditing teams.
- Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience, or a minimum of 2+ years experience for roles in USA
- Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into features and user stories
- Experience working in Agile / SAFE team and with technologies like Tableau and Data Lake (Databricks, Greenplum, SQL)
- Expert proficiency in tools like ADO, SmartSheet, Miro, Excel, etc.
- Basic understanding of financials & finance concepts, especially related to supply chain
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
