Responsibilities
You translate business requirements from high-level concepts into implementation-ready technical specifications for software development.
You analyze and coordinate requirements with business units, architects, developers and other stakeholders.
You create and maintain technical designs, user stories, acceptance criteria and accompanying documentation.
Together with the development teams, you ensure that requirements are technically feasible and clearly defined.
During implementation, you provide technical guidance and clarify open questions.
You identify optimization potential in requirements elicitation and preparation and develop best practices.
As a communicative interface, you confidently bridge the gap between business and IT areas.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
At least five years of experience in software development or software architecture.
Solid knowledge of requirements analysis and experience translating between business and IT language.
Experience with agile methods, user stories, acceptance criteria and modern development processes.
Technical expertise in Java / Spring Boot, container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and software architectures.
Confident use of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, C4, Structurizr DSL) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
