Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
- At least five years of experience in software development or software architecture.
- Solid knowledge of requirements analysis and experience translating between business and IT language.
- Experience with agile methods, user stories, acceptance criteria and modern development processes.
- Technical expertise in Java / Spring Boot, container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and software architectures.
- Confident use of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, C4, Structurizr DSL) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
