About the role
- Senior Analyst supporting digital transformation initiatives in a global business environment at BAT. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology-based solutions for business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Global DBS Transformation Manager and Productivity Manager to identify and shape forward-thinking opportunities
- Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques
- Driving and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features that will be most beneficial to the business
- Ensuring the initiatives impact can be accurately measured
- Overseeing implementation of solutions
- Identifying and addressing issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans
- Managing internal and/or external resources to drive delivery of changes to existing technology platforms
- Provide leadership to peers by collaborating with others;
- Assess business process & system inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IT-related field
- Shows genuine curiosity about digital and adapts rapidly
- Understanding of industry technology trends and associated benefits in application to BAT’s overall business strategy
- Comfortable operating at pace and with ambiguity
