About the role

  • External Workforce Management Analyst at Merkle driving operational excellence and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders for lifecycle management of external workforce resources.

Responsibilities

  • Support the External Workforce Management (eWM) function by driving operational excellence, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ensure efficient lifecycle management of external workforce resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing objectives set by leadership and provide analytical support to refine eWM goals.
  • Oversee eWM requests and assure accuracy.
  • Support processes, market initiatives, and service quality improvements.
  • Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Recommend and implement efficiency enhancements.
  • Help establish best practices and deliver training programs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment.
  • Manage planning, recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding of external workforce resources.
  • Identify risks and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
  • English (C1 level)
  • Strategic mindset and proactive approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Financial and operational expertise
  • Technical proficiency (MS Office, data analysis tools)
