Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, margin performance, and market expansion across target industries and customer segments.

Establish and optimize sales processes, tools, CRM adoption, and enablement programs to improve productivity and consistency across the sales organization.
Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, competitive risks, and performance gaps; adjust strategy as needed.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
Build and sustain a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
12+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
