About the role

  • Join OPUS and someday as a Trainee Sales in Oelde. Focus on B2B sales, client relations, and operational tasks with strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • You will gain in-depth insights into numerous specialist and interface areas of sales
  • After an intensive, structured onboarding, you will support our inside and field sales teams in all current tasks and projects
  • You will work on an equal footing with all relevant colleagues, managers and sparring partners
  • In the process, you will become familiar with both the full spectrum of operational day-to-day business and the strategic projects and objectives

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial industry-related practical experience, e.g., through an internship or a working student role
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Initiative and a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Passion for working in sales
