About the role

  • Lead Service Sales team for Otis Elevator, driving growth and customer success within the industry. Oversee strategies for portfolio management and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales managers and ensure sales foundations
  • Manage training plans for sales reps
  • Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and sales fundamentals
  • Champion customer retention initiatives
  • Own the strategy and execution for Service Portfolio net recovery
  • Collaborate with OA Sales Managers and Field Operations Leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of elevator industry experience required
  • Experience with leading a geographically dispersed team
  • Must be a customer advocate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Experience with forecast accuracy, service revenue, and proposal activity metrics
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and margin management
