Responsibilities
Develop, configure, test and deploy enhancements in Salesforce.
Participate in requirements gathering with users and create user stories.
Prepare and execute test plans to validate solutions before go‑live.
Diagnose and resolve application defects.
Support assessment of Salesforce annual releases and their impact on users.
Perform administrative activities on the platform, such as:
User and permission management
Creation of fields, page layouts and reports
Process automation using Flows
Security and data management
Ensure integrations with other corporate systems.
Provide first-level technical support to end users.
Requirements
Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce (CRM / Sales Cloud / Core Platform).
Experience with configuration, security, automation (Flows) and data management.
Knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
Active Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
