About the role

  • Digital Sales Consultant driving growth in South Germany's automotive market through data-driven insights and dealership partnerships. Responsible for customer acquisition, portfolio management, and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new dealership customers through structured outreach and value driven sales conversations
  • Drive new sales alongside portfolio growth (roughly a 70/30 split, depending on business needs)
  • Own and grow a portfolio of dealers, focusing on retention, upsell, and long-term value
  • Run structured, insight-driven meetings that challenge how customers operate and make decisions
  • Translate AutoUncle’s platform into clear commercial impact (margin, inventory turn, ROI)
  • Build a strong and predictable pipeline, managing deals from first contact to close
  • Identify risks and opportunities using customer data and act proactively
  • Position AutoUncle as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
  • Represent AutoUncle on industry events / conferences

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (e.g. SaaS or digital), with experience owning high-value customer relationships and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Experience in automotive, dealerships, or mobility
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build your own pipeline
  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers and running structured customer meetings
  • Ability to articulate value and ROI, not just product features
  • Strong ownership mindset and comfort working independently
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, or similar
  • Fluent German and English language skills
