About the role

  • Sales Executive at Gapps, helping organizations leverage AI & Automation for real business value through consultative solution sales. Building a new area of business with a hybrid approach.

Responsibilities

  • Help organizations turn unclear AI interest into concrete, valuable initiatives.
  • Identify real business problems and reframe them as opportunities.
  • Lead business-level discussions, helping customers understand what matters.
  • Actively build your own pipeline and prospect new customers.
  • Participate in and lead discovery workshops with customers.
  • Act as a link between customer needs and delivery, shaping opportunities.
  • Bring market signals back to the team to help define offerings.

Requirements

  • You likely come from IT consulting sales, custom software sales, or more complex SaaS solution sales.
  • You understand consultative selling.
  • You can discuss business value, not just features.
  • You can build trust in longer sales cycles.
  • Communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
  • Proactive and comfortable with outbound work.
  • Able to work in ambiguity.
  • Credible in discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Able to facilitate workshops and structure unclear situations.
