About the role

  • District Manager leading teams at GAP stores ensuring operational excellence and sales growth. Fostering inclusive work environment and monitoring performance across multiple locations

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of General Managers
  • Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team
  • Monitor performance and consistently follow up to ensure results
  • Foster and maintain an inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Identify themes in product performance and create a district merchandising plan
  • Lead effective store visits focused on driving behaviors
  • Identify and solve problems

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 3+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership preferred
  • Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores
  • Ability to lift and carry 30lbs
