  • Portfolio Manager responsible for managing IT initiatives aligning with business strategy at Kimberly-Clark. Leading prioritization efforts and facilitating governance forums for optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of IT initiatives including programs, products, services, and platforms
  • Ensure alignment with business strategy and optimal resource utilization
  • Lead prioritization efforts and facilitate governance forums
  • Monitor portfolio performance through financial and delivery metrics
  • Collaborate with program/project managers, scrum masters, product owners and business stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance
  • Facilitate the optimization of resource allocation across the portfolio
  • Manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio, demand or enterprise initiative management
  • Required experience in Portfolio Management / Demand Management
  • Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, and value-based decision making
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, transformational environments
  • High level of stakeholder management and influence
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using portfolio/project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps)
