About the role

  • Chargé de développement commercial, participant à la croissance de l’agence Gan Assurances à Béthune. Rôle axé sur la prospection et la gestion de clients dans l'assurance de personnes.

Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in the growth and success of the agency
  • Drive business development by generating new opportunities
  • Expand the client base
  • Direct prospecting and acquisition of new clients
  • Propose tailored personal insurance solutions
  • Independently manage and monitor the client portfolio
  • Develop targeted client acquisition initiatives
  • Ensure communication between the agency, the insurance company and clients
  • Conduct regular competitive monitoring
  • Maintain regular reporting and activity updates

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Insurance or Business/Sales (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent)
  • Prior successful experience in selling services or solutions (B2C/B2B)
  • Knowledge of personal insurance products (health, protection/disability, retirement, life, and group schemes)
