- Support the project and operations team in planning, implementing and following up on ongoing projects
- Create and maintain project plans, checklists and documentation
- Assist in coordinating external partner companies (e.g., HVAC/plumbing companies, logistics partners)
- Support preparation for installations (scheduling, material status, technical documentation)
- Conduct research tasks, analyze data (e.g., Excel, Airtable) and prepare presentations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a university (e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field)
- Interest in renewable energy, technology and operational processes
- Structured and careful way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, possibly Airtable or similar PM tools)
- Very good German skills (at least C1); English skills are a plus
- Excellent German skills (C2); Eastern European languages are a plus
