About the role

  • Operations Team Lead managing a multilingual team in Lisbon's customer service hub. Focusing on operational excellence while providing mentorship and leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • You lead, coach and develop a multilingual team of agents, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed. You aren't just a supervisor; you are a mentor.
  • You monitor ticket flows and scheduling, ensuring we always deliver Swiss-quality service. You use your analytical mindset to spot trends and suggest improvements.
  • You act as the escalation point for complex cases, handling them with empathy and professionalism. You also coordinate with our remote senior management and HR/IT team.
  • You maintain our SOPs and knowledge base, ensuring our processes stay lean and effective as we grow.

Requirements

  • You are native or fluent in German (C2) with a strong professional command of English (C1).
  • You have a few years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Supervisor) within Customer Service or Operations, but you still enjoy being "hands-on."
  • You stay calm under pressure and use data to solve problems. You know how to track KPIs without losing sight of the human element.
  • You are excited to join a growing hub and take ownership. You prefer a flat hierarchy where your ideas actually count.
