Responsibilities
Build comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
Execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including ad creation, targeting, and bidding.
Actively monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in client and internal meetings, presenting campaign plans, results, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, offering support and training.
Assist the Senior Manager in managing team workloads and resource allocation.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear and insightful reports for both clients and internal teams.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
