About the role

  • Associate Manager driving paid social media campaigns for GALE, the only Business Agency. Collaborating with teams to execute strategies and mentor junior members.

Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including ad creation, targeting, and bidding.
  • Actively monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, presenting campaign plans, results, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, offering support and training.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in managing team workloads and resource allocation.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare clear and insightful reports for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
