About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager nurturing enterprise client relationships and driving revenue growth at FXC Intelligence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights to major financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients
  • Driving revenue growth from existing account base through renewals and upselling
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding for new enterprise clients onto the platform
  • Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities to increase market share
  • Becoming a subject-matter expert in cross-border payments data

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in navigating complex data sets
  • Experience selling intelligence-based solutions
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable account management tactics
  • Experience in the FX, payments, or banking industries is a bonus
  • Prior experience in customer success, presales, or onboarding for large financial institutions is a bonus
