About the role

  • Sales Specialist driving expansion and partnerships for Future Kitchens, a digital Food Hall in Switzerland. Engaging restaurant partners and promoting business growth through dynamic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our expansion in Switzerland by finding new restaurant partners
  • Inspire partners with the Future Kitchens® model and turn conversations into signed deals
  • Identify and contact potential restaurant partners through outbound calls and visits
  • Present the Future Kitchens® model and explain how it helps kitchens grow their business
  • Qualify leads based on performance potential and location criteria
  • Conduct meetings (online and on-site) and close new partners
  • Keep our CRM up to date with notes, outcomes, and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to refine strategy and market focus

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
  • Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
  • Driver’s licence: you’ll visit partners across Switzerland
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by daily targets
