Regional Facility Manager overseeing the maintenance and operation of 30 sites for Emil Frey group. Focused on quality control, contractor management, and continuous improvement in facility management.
Responsibilities
Technical supervision and maintenance of approximately 30 sites
Support with troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections and repairs of various building services systems
Monitoring and reviewing delivered services with regard to quality, costs and adherence to deadlines
Responsibility for subcontractor management
Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, renovation and expansion works
Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.)
Defect handling and warranty management within the scope of responsibility
Participation in the continuous improvement of our Facility Management area
Requirements
Completed degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) and/or technical training in electrical engineering, HVAC, heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering with a technician or master craftsman qualification
Extensive professional experience in a comparable position
Strong service orientation
Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN, VdS and GEFMA
Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO, VOB and HOAI) and ideally experienced with administrative processes
Confident manner when dealing with various stakeholders
Experience in project management, and strong planning and organizational skills
Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD desirable
High quality standards, team player and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel, driving license class B
