Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or supervising legal teams
  • Over 10 years of litigation experience, ideally in matrimonial finance and/or private children’s law
  • A strategic mindset and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to lead performance and coaching conversations
  • Resilience, collaboration and a proactive approach
