Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Keep our employee records and HR systems accurate, organised, and up to date
Manage the busy HR inbox, solving queries and supporting employees across the business
Support smooth onboarding for new starters
Maintain compliance documentation including right-to-work, visas and audits
Support employee relations cases with well-prepared documentation and notes
Help keep our trackers, spreadsheets and reports in top shape so HR can make great people decisions
Contribute to HR projects including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvement
Provide general administrative support across the HR function and business
Requirements
An HR apprenticeship or working towards CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)
Previous administration experience is desirable
High standards of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
A real eye for detail and confidence working with data and Excel
