About the role

  • HR Administrator supporting recruitment and employee processes at Fulkrum. Join a collaborative HR team and gain hands-on experience in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Keep our employee records and HR systems accurate, organised, and up to date
  • Manage the busy HR inbox, solving queries and supporting employees across the business
  • Support smooth onboarding for new starters
  • Maintain compliance documentation including right-to-work, visas and audits
  • Support employee relations cases with well-prepared documentation and notes
  • Help keep our trackers, spreadsheets and reports in top shape so HR can make great people decisions
  • Contribute to HR projects including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvement
  • Provide general administrative support across the HR function and business

Requirements

  • An HR apprenticeship or working towards CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Previous administration experience is desirable
  • High standards of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
  • A real eye for detail and confidence working with data and Excel
  • Brilliant communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to juggle priorities and stay organised under pressure
  • A commitment to confidentiality and excellent service
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
