Responsibilities
Write and test ad copy for paid social, display, and search campaigns.
Create persuasive, brand-aligned copy for SMS, email, and lifecycle marketing.
Write optimized blog content, product descriptions, and landing pages.
Partner with media and CRM teams to test creative hypotheses.
Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand tone across channels.
Conduct thorough research to gain deep insights into client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment (bonus points for beauty industry experience!)
Proven ability to write for multiple funnel stages, from upper-funnel awareness campaigns to conversion-focused CTAs.
Experience writing for paid media, email/SMS, and SEO channels.
Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO best practices, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort collaborating across creative, media, and analytics teams.
A strategic thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving transformative change in the industry.
