About the role

  • Head of Global Private Markets Marketing responsible for marketing strategy at Franklin Templeton. Leading team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance client engagement and product visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for private markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform marketing strategies
  • Manage development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in financial services industry, preferably in sales or marketing
  • Experience working for a private markets asset management firm or division
  • Proven subject-matter experience in private market investment solutions and regional private markets product structures
  • Series 7 and 63 desired; Series 24 is a plus.
