About the role

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in customer support, a veterinary practice/clinic, or another customer-facing role.
  • You have fluent German language skills, written and spoken, and basic English skills to communicate with the international team.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working.
  • You can handle multiple tasks at once — both advising customers and supporting projects.
  • You are curious and consistently motivated to learn new things.
  • You are flexible and practical, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a true team player and value regular exchange with colleagues.
