Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
- Telephone claims intake and provide support to customers, partners and repair shops
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment processes
- Assessment of damages and liability, decision on claim settlement, coordination with insurers
- Repair shop and insurer handling, including obtaining approvals from insurers, inspections and repair authorizations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- Some experience in a complex service environment or industry
- Interest in claims processes and numerical data, and strong IT affinity
- Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
