Responsibilities
Participate in cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
Telephone claims intake and provide support to customers, partners and repair shops
Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment processes
Assessment of damages and liability, decision on claim settlement, coordination with insurers
Repair shop and insurer handling, including obtaining approvals from insurers, inspections and repair authorizations
Requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
Some experience in a complex service environment or industry
Interest in claims processes and numerical data, and strong IT affinity
Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
