About the role

  • Commercial employee managing claims and risk processes with Auto Fleet Control. Involvement in customer service and internal process development while ensuring compliance with insurance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-departmental projects and further develop internal processes
  • Telephone claims intake and provide support to customers, partners and repair shops
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, insurance reimbursements and payment processes
  • Assessment of damages and liability, decision on claim settlement, coordination with insurers
  • Repair shop and insurer handling, including obtaining approvals from insurers, inspections and repair authorizations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Some experience in a complex service environment or industry
  • Interest in claims processes and numerical data, and strong IT affinity
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree
