- Serve as the key advisor for integrating apprenticeship components seamlessly into academic programs
- Provide expert guidance on curriculum design and modification
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, or a related field
- At least six (6) years of relevant professional and scaling managerial experience in apprenticeship, workforce development, or higher education administration
- Comprehensive experience in leading program development, project management, and stakeholder engagement
- Direct and comprehensive experience with the California Community College system and Division of Apprenticeship Standards
