Requirements

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Assist the Store Manager to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met
  • Be customer obsessed and seek to understand diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
