Change Manager leading change management activities in Asian Pacific for SS&C Fund Services. Responsible for delivering large-scale change initiatives with effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
The Change Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of change management activities across the SS&C Fund Services business in Asia Pacific.
This 12-month fixed-term role (with potential to convert to permanent) partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure large-scale change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, adopted, and embedded, delivering intended business outcomes.
Develop and execute change impact assessments, change management plans, risk management activities, and communication strategies
Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and delivery of benefits
Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, Delivery teams, clients, vendors, and senior leaders
Identify and manage resistance to change, implementing strategies to address risks, remove blockers, and drive engagement
Design and deliver clear communication and training approaches to ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared for change
Collaborate across client-facing and operational teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant change management and delivery experience, demonstrating successful end-to-end change program execution
Experience managing and delivering change within Financial Services, ideally in asset servicing, investment management, or superannuation environments.
Exposure to systems such as Transfer Agency/Custodian/FA applications, Client Reporting tools, Digital Investor/Client Portals, Payment and reporting systems (SWIFT, Calastone, banking portals), reconciliation tools, and mail houses is highly desirable
Polished interpersonal and client-engagement skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and confidently delegate or provide direction to specialist teams
Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
Proven experience delivering projects using project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall
Qualifications or experience with project and change management frameworks such as PMBOK, PMP, and PROSCI are considered advantageous
