About the role

• IT Audit Manager leading audit engagements and advising on AI governance frameworks for clients across various sectors. Overseeing regulatory compliance initiatives and developing incident response strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements from planning to execution, including managing resources, timelines, and communication of audit results
• Advise clients on the design, implementation, and oversight of AI governance frameworks in alignment with the AI Act
• Drive regulatory compliance initiatives and ensure implementation across client organizations
• Oversee the development of incident response, business continuity, and crisis management frameworks in line with NIS2
• Evaluate IT governance, IT compliance, risk management, and IT control design (both general and application controls)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance on IT audit methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to solve complex business problems and add strategic value to clients

Requirements

• BSc in Mathematics, Physics, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk and compliance, and business process review, with at least some experience in leading teams or projects
• Professional qualifications / certifications such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ISO27001 / 22301 lead implementor/auditor are a plus
• Strong knowledge of internal audit principles and IT governance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage and mentor team members, allocating resources and overseeing project delivery
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
