About the role

  • Customer Support Representative providing support for nuclear and medical professionals mainly in Sweden and Norway. Working independently with an international team, resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with product and service questions via email and telephone calls
  • Open new customer accounts and update existing accounts
  • Enter orders
  • Initiate corrective action, when necessary, to resolve complex customer requests or needs
  • Provide assistance and guidance on customer web-portal
  • Handle credits and various invoice questions
  • Answer shipping questions and other logistics assistance
  • Process master data and client lists accurately

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with multiple IT platforms, proficiency with Email, Excel, Word
  • Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Effective decision-making skills coupled with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to track errors and escalate to other departments
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Results driven
