Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management
  • Perform other assigned duties as required
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to current and prospective customers
  • Advocate product benefits and resolve and/or escalate technical or scientific inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Contact potential new customers, develop new territories, and generate demand (expand the installed base)
