Channel Support Representative responsible for order flow process and logistics management at Fluke. Addressing delivery issues, processing quotes, and maintaining customer communication.
Responsibilities
Take appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages and claims.
Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing/e-invoicing.
Inform the customers about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial or technical information by phone, email and online
Process Quotes based on sales or customer input
Process orders and complaints
Troubleshoot issues and connection issue of the orders transferred via EDI or other solutions
Requirements
Intermediate-level (MBO) or equivalent in experience.
At least 1 year of experience in general office, accounting, shipping, or transportation.
Self-sufficient, problem solver, can-do mentality.
Customer focused – supporting our customers with the company values in mind.
Good computer skills
Good skills in using ERP - CRM system
Good Skills in using Excel.
Fluent in these languages: English and one of the European Languages is a plus.
