Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement.
Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and co-develop action plans to improve retention and productivity.

Support workforce actions including ramp-ups, restructures, and role eliminations.
Use data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Lead organizational talent assessments.
Equip managers with tools to select, develop, and retain top talent.
Facilitate talent reviews and development planning.
Partner with TA and COEs to deliver training and support talent decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR leadership role.
Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex organizational challenges.
Skilled in data-driven HR practices and project execution.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
Experience working across time zones and global teams.
