About the role

  • HR Business Partner for LATAM guiding leaders through organizational challenges and enabling talent strategies. Fostering culture, collaboration, and performance management in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive engagement.
  • Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and co-develop action plans to improve retention and productivity.
  • Promote IDE principles across HR processes.
  • Collaborate with leaders and COEs to implement tools and strategies that support an inclusive growth culture.
  • Advise managers on goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support the full performance management lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Coach leaders through employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and resolution strategies.
  • Support workforce actions including ramp-ups, restructures, and role eliminations.
  • Use data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead organizational talent assessments.
  • Equip managers with tools to select, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and development planning.
  • Partner with TA and COEs to deliver training and support talent decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Skilled in data-driven HR practices and project execution.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working across time zones and global teams.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM systems.
