Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner and day-to-day People contact for employees and managers.
Advise and coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and people decisions.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
Ensure HR administration and legal compliance, including contracts, HRIS data, time management, and alignment with Spanish labour law.

Support business change and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers on recruitment processes.
Drive and support People & Culture initiatives, HR programs, and continuous improvement projects.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR compliance.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
People-centric mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Proactive, curious, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives is a plus.
